The search of 'Premium yet Affordable' gifting options

In some way, Baskets and Beyond has been in the making since I was a little girl. I remember myself as a 7-8 year old, pouring my heart into creating baskets for my mother on every special occasion. These were simple, innocent baskets filled with small treasures like chalk, crayons, pre-owned claw clips, and sometimes a sweet treat. Each basket had a hand-written note, all with the goal of putting a smile on my mother's face.

This love for crafting gifts grew with me and bloomed into my love life. I continued to make baskets for my partner, including a special "25 gifts for the 25th birthday" basket that he still cherishes to this day. As I found myself creating more and more baskets for friends, family and loved ones, my partner recognized my innate skill and motivated me turn this passion of mine into a profession.

However I didn't want to create just another run of the mill gift baskets company. I wanted it to be different, something that truly touched people's lives. Thus I set on the mission to learn what people really wanted. I very quickly realized that there were myriad number of gifting companies - but none that were premium yet truly affordable. A large number of Canadians want access to thoughtfully curated gift baskets, but without breaking the bank. 

And so, with my beautiful 2-year-old daughter by my side, we handpick every item with care to create the most 'Premium yet Affordable' gift baskets. Baskets and Beyond is not just a startup, it's my sanctuary, where I pour my heart and soul into bringing joy and happiness to your lives.
